We had a problem recently, in that i could no longer browse to the Exchange store via BackupExec 10.
We'd recently installed Windows 2003 SP1 on the Exchange cluster.
After a long chat with Veritas tech support the guy helped me out.
Make sure to run BEutility.exe in C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT – add the server in which you need to edit (BESERV1 in this case) – under edit server configuration – tick the box for enable restrict anonymous support
Then, on the exchange server\ node - run regedit and goto HKLM\Software\Veritas\Backup Exec\Engine\NTFS and edit the Restrict Anonymous Support and change to 0 to 1
