Did you set it up as an analog (2500) set. Then change abb pers xxxx . Put your main attendants number or operator in there. Then on page 3 of the station, set the hotline destination to 1 dial code 1.
The pin-out would be normal tip/ring. Might be green/red. The white blue of your cross wire would go to the green, and blue white to red...

trunk programming in pbx needs incomming destination of what? nightbell over paging adapter? operator? shipping phone? lrb? something. if needed put users in a pickup group if your ringing a bell. as long as unit has co/analog/power all to viking unit and pbx is programed right should be fine! Good Luck
I had to set up one of these on an NBX 100. that worked by hooking it to an analogue trunk port and programming the system to pass the call to a group of phones who could then work the buttons to open the door.
can't remember the pin connections but it was a sob to set up
