Any former Foxpro 2.6 for Windows developers who have migrated to VFP have a no longer used copy of Foxpro 2.6 For Windows Professional they'd be willing to sell? I'm looking to buy.

Thanks in advance!
Scott

Scott,
Just remember that if these developers used their copy as part of an upgrade "path" they can't sell it, and continue using VFP - no matter how many versions "removed" it may be.

e.g. I bought FP 1.0 upgaded to 1.1 -> 1.2 -> 2.0 -> 2.5 -> 2.6 -> 3.0 -> 5.0 -> 6.0 (and finally?) -> 7.0. Even though I'm only using some of these still on a regular basis, I couldn't "sell" any of them.

Thanks for responding. I do of course understand that a majority using VFP have probably been those who've followed the 'upgrade path' although there are undoubtably those (such as myself) who may have made the quantum jump with full installs from one to another (in my case, it was a progression of Foxbase to Foxpro 2.0, Foxpro 2.5, Foxpro 2.6 for Windows, and after maintaining the status quo for several years I migrated my network to NT 4, and bellied up to the bar for Visual Studio 6.0, effectively skipping all the previous versions of VFP). I get a case of brain cramp every time I work in VFP, and am looking to retreat a little bit to the relative ease of FP2.6.

Thanks,
Scott

If you already own a newer version of a package, you are allowed to copy a lower version.
Since you already have VFP and Fox26 is not for sale anymore, you can freely copy FP26 from anyone (as far as I know). If you are not sure check on the MS site for this policy, but I have seen this before in one of the forums.
