Hello, I remember seeing a post on all the commands you can enter on 46xx/56xx ip phones. I can't find it anymore.

The ones I know of are;

Group# = change group ID
reset# = resets the phone to defaut settings
addr# = change ip addressing info
clear# = same as reset? clears settings
view# = view phone info & ip addressing
agc# = change automatic gain control setting on/off

what other one are there or does anyone have an cheat sheet list they could post?

and finally, is there a reboot command that simply reboots the phone?

Thanks.

Although I don't know all the commands, you can reboot the phone by doing

reset#

Hit * to say not to reset the values, and then it'll ask if you want to restart the phone

Group# is one too
There are a lot of them

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management

addr# - gives you the ip address info

view# - gives you firmware and ip address info

IP Phone Codes
Avaya IP Phones in the 46xx and the 56xx series have features built in for administration of some features. These codes are essential for good administration and moves. They can be difficult to find, and understand exactly what is being accomplished. Here is a list of the codes, and the description.
Each code is preceded by pressing the MUTE or the HOLD button. These two buttons should be interchangeable, but depending on the exact phone series and firmware one or the other may not work.

mute 25327# (CLEAR)
This feature clears all settings from the phone. In essence this is a total default of the phone to the most basic configuration. The system will confirm and verify the procedure before proceeding. The phone will reboot and return in the same state as a new out of the box phone.

mute 73738# (RESET)
This feature is much like the above CLEAR. This option can either reboot the phone saving all programed values, or reset all locally administered variables. The action is confirmed prior to proceeding. The phone will reboot, and return with all the variables if Reset Phone was selected. If the Reset Values was selected, the phone will reboot with out a Extn or Password, IP Settings, or any other locally administered values.

mute 8439# (VIEW)
This Code steps through a view only display all parameters of the phone settings including IP Addresses, Firmware, Model, release, Interface speed, and Serial Number.

mute 2337# (ADDR)
This code displays all IP settings of the phone and allows the values to be changed.

mute 564633# (LOGOFF)
This code un-registers the phone from it’s current base extension and prompts for a new extn number and password.

mute 47687# (GROUP)
Changes the group the phone belongs to. This is useful for specifying the firmware load and has nothing to do with the Hunt Group membership in the dial plan.

mute 876663# (VPNMOD)
This code enters the mode to adjust VPN settings on phones with the VPN firmware loaded.

mute 468# (INT)
This code allows the physical Ethernet interface of the phone to be set for various speed and duplex options, or to auto-negotiate (default). On SW series phones there are settings for both PHY1 and PHY2, representing the two switched interfaces.
