Do any of you have the 3904 Keys (with add on modules)mapped to an Excel file to assist users (and us switch hackers) in making key changes?

I've recently done a load of Procomm Plus scripts to load in new Extensions of various phone types. One of my scripts was to provide new keys for add on modules.

The source file is usually done in excel & then converted to a *.csv. I use my own version of dave Highams conversion Utility excel program that combines all of his macros into one workbook. A copy can be downloaded from GHTrout's website.

Thanks Firebird but that's not what I meant (although now that I've re-read the original I see where you are coming from).

Let me try again.

It's hard for some users to describe what changes they want to make to their phones. What I was getting at is something visual that users can look at and mark up to return to the switch hacker.

A user would not know where key 16 even is and that it is only for MWK, nor would they know mwk but "Voice Mail Key" rather. Being that most feature keys are locked to a key I don't know what good that would do. Consoles and Telephones NTP has a drawing of each set and all 32 keys, several which are layered, you could print that page and pass it out I suppose.
