Anyone esle having this difficulty in Dreamweaver MX?

The icons used to for .png files used to be one color, and the icons for other file types such as .gif and .jpg used to be another color (when viewing them in windows explorer). Since loading Dreamweaver MX, all the icons now have become are green and it is VERY hard to tell the diference between the them and the .png files. Why??? If there a way to change this or am I just going crazy?

I had this problem, but it went away after I restarted the computer. If restarting doesn't help your problem, back your stuff up and uninstall-reinstall.

Hi letoII,

Go to Windows Explorer, hold down the shift key while you RIGHT click on one of the files. A Menu will pop up, Choose OPEN WITH and this will display a list of the programs (with the icons) you've got on your computer. Select the program you want to use to open that type of file, put a tick in the box "always use this program" if you're sure you've picked the right one.

The icons in Explorer will change according to what program you've selected to be the default for that file type.
