anybody knows how to send email thru vfp, and then making that same mail a schedule in the outlook calendar??


to make it clear, we can send email and make that email register as a reminder in the receipients outlook right?? is there a way to do the same in VFP???

Can you do that without VFP? With just Outlook? I don't think so. But you could send a task, take a look at FAQ184-1771. Mike Gagnon

To send email from VFP, try "Blat". It is free. I have done it in one of my test program.

Send e-mail maybe, but a task? I cannot see that anywhere in the Blat documentation.

Typically, it should send a task to the intended reciepient(s) where you can specify due dates, reminders that pop-up, alarm sounds. Mike Gagnon
