I also believe their is a COS option that disallows a supervisor from being observed..I don't have a book with me now though to look up what it was, maybe this will trigger someone elses memory haha
If you mean supervisors observing other supervisors, if so,
I don't know how many you have but printing the tnb of each
one and see if in the CLS = AOS allows a supervisor to
observe another supervisor, DOS disallows.
DOS is the default.
