Any W2K SP4 Issues?

I have a Windows 2000 Server (SP3). I am just preparing the unit for an Exchange 2003 install and would like to install SP4. However, I did hear that a few issues exist - Anyone got any feedback?

Many. Check the FAQ section for the fixes that came out as a result of SP4.
