Any tips on migrating from NT 4 Windows 2003?

I am upgrading to windows 2003 from NT4 and wondered if anyone had any tips for me. I am going to be installing the domain controllers on new hardware and using a new domain name but would like to save the NT4 accounts. Any suggestions?

Here's the way I just did it. Had some learning curve along the way, but following this guide and using UPromote to decomision the old NT Domain COntrollers, everything worked out good. I followed the suggestion and built a simple ide pc for an interim server that would boot NT and upgrade to server 2003. After I was all done, I just repurposed it as a desktop.
