Any Pros and Cons with Windows 2000 Server?

We are going to upgrade Windows NT4.0 to Windows 2000 server next month. This will be new to me.

Can anyone tell me more about Windows 2000 server? What will be the best OS to use on users computer?

I am having hard time to set up a WinXP pro computer to our current LAN(Windows NT4.0 server). Can Windows 2000 server work well with Windows XP professional as OS for user computers?

What is about Windows 2000 Terminal server? Does it work well with Citrix system? How about its network printing capability? Can it be compatible with some common print drives, like HP?

Any Pros and Cons? Please share with me. Your time and help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
