Any issues with Office XP when migrating from Windows 2000 to XP Pro?

I am contemplating upgrading my laptop from W2000 to XP Pro. I currently use XP Office and Outlook as my PIM. Do I need to re-install Office XP once the OS has been upgraded (meaning hassles over the .pst files, or will the new OS pick up all the Office XP settings?

Does anyone know of any other issues I should be careful of - particularly in relation to networking as I log onto both my Office network and to my home peer-to-peer network (using two separate Netwrok adaptors on the laptop)?

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

There should be no problems at all with this upgrade. Take the usuall backup procedures as you are upgrading the OS and anything could happen, but nothing damaging should.

The first time you run any of the Office applications after upgrading to Office XP, you will see the Windows installer window show up for a few seconds. This is normal after upgrading to Windows XP, because Office XP is reregistering itself as a 64 bit application.
