Any ideas for working around the 16gb file limitation on Info. Store?

This is killing our e-mail....we have no e-mail access at all. Any help would be great. Thanks

Upgrade to Exchange Server Enterprise. Or, setup another exchange server and spread the mailboxes across the servers.

In the meantime, ask your users to delete any mail you can manage without - this will clear some free space in the database and stop it growing immediately (as Exchange used free space - otherwise known as white space - in the db for storing new mail before extending the size of the file).
