Any good W2K reporting tools, shares groups etc??

I have a couple of W2k servers running active directory. e get an audit done every month and they want list of users and shares, that's no problem but if I have a group called "finance" they want to see who has access to that group. I don't think W2K server will do it, net share only shows basic users and shares, also tried many 3rd party programs that only show the same. Is there a utility or program that will not only display the users and shares, but groups with which users have access to?
