Is there sense of defragmenting Windows Server 2003 with Diskeeper? Is it the same defragmenting engine that Microsoft bought?
Should I simply schedule defrag.exe from W2K3 with Scheduled Tasks?

Diskeeper has more flexibility, including boot time defrag, and the ability to line up folders together and then files, as well as better handling of the paging files. It's NOT the same engine that Windows uses (although Diskeeper provided that as well).
