yeah i failed that one too.

Q: are avaya screwing people with the new pay for support stuff?

i said yes but the correct answer is in fact no, they are not.

I kid, i kid. :-)

Get well soon Aaron.

Well actually I never got any wrong, the question was "Which of the following describes a feature of Fax detection in VM pro" I selected "Adding an F to a menu allows VM pro to detect a fax passing through the menu"........ I think you will find Mr Avaya that that is in fact correct, it is your team of idiots programming the exam that have it wrong :-)

I've just bought a brand new car and on the way out of the dealership the engine seized, they want £2000 paid in advance to look at it which they will keep if they can find a way to blame me for it......Remind you of anything :-)

Just took the IP Office R6.0 Implementation Workshop (Assessment), and missed 3 out of 60.. One of them I just clicked the wrong answer by accident, and by the time I realized it, it was too late.

Anyway.. It seemed to be extremely easy, with a few questions that were worded very poorly(typical). But is this was the 3000.2 exam is like?

I also didn't see much regarding version 6. Maybe a couple questions.

The exam is much the same, the Beta had more poorly worded/ ill conceived questions though (a lot more) and also some exhibit questions which showed a picture and a question based on that :-)

Call Avaya, costs only €400 per hour, you must buy at least five hours.
But then you can talk to a REAL expert....
Now that is what i call support.

You missed off the amusing sentences below that in the email:

"Achieving Avaya Certification is a significant milestone and sets one of the highest standards for measuring the skills and technologies associated with Avaya solutions. By achieving Avaya Certification, you have the special privilege of using the Avaya Certified Logo."

I do feel vey privileged.....except there are no logos :-)

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

So the mini series comes to an end. High points in drama. From the first opening mentions of brain fry to the late issuance of the certifications. So was it worth it? I simply spent the 125 bucks and took it at my leisure. No exceptional stories to report.

It's people like you who generalize.

Think of like a rollercoaster ride, I for one enjoy them but others opinions may vary :-)

If you like I can give you my password so you can see if you can login and succesfully make a call, that will show if it is their network setup or the 3CX on the client side not working :-)
