Does anyone know what parameters to configure in an answer file so that My Computer, My Docs,My Network Places, and Internet Explorer are displayed without manually having to do so after having logged in?

Is it when you login so it shows the "My documents", "My Network places", "My computer" And "Internet Explorer"?
