Answer DN for external calls on CICS? 2

CICS 7.1, 4x16. Can't get Answer DN to work for outside calls with FNA. 221 is Appr&Ring for the two lines. Set FNA on 3 rings to 229. Set 222 through 228 with Answer DNs pointed to 229. The Answer DNs work fine for intercom calls, but not for outside calls. Both CO lines are unassigned for 222 through 229. Client is adamant about not wanting an auto attendant. If receptionist misses the call for whatever reason, he wants it to ring through to all stations. Doesn't care if the caller ID comes through. I have it all set up at my shop, but have to have it working in their new office on Monday. Getting a little nervous and brain fried with all the different things I've tried.
 
UPDATE: I seem to have it working now. With crucial help from a Nortel guy even further up north than me (over the border), we reprogrammed the hunt group, got rid of the Answer DNs, and now it forwards to the hunt group after three rings and passes the caller ID through as well. Exactly as the client wanted. Haven't figured out what was wrong yet.
 
The answer is using Hunt Groups instead of Answer DNs.

Thanks Guys! Someone helped me set up a hunt group properly, and it's working just the way the client wants it. I've set AnsKey to enhanced in case I need to use Answer DN in the future, but not using it now. Now I'm having other problems, but will search and maybe start a new thread.
 
You are probably finding out that not all calls will ring all phones in the hunt group. If a phone is on a hunt group call already, the next huntgroup call will ring on all phones, except the phone thats already on a hunt group call. Welcome to nortel delayed ringing hell.
