Answer calls for multiple queues

A manager would like an agent to take calls for two different queues. Is this possible? Whats the best way to do it?

If the agent is on a call from one queue, the
 
oooops....

If the agent is on a call from one queue, will it see that she is busy and send it to the next agent?
 
just place the different skills on his login form.
the queues can be setup for multiple call handling, or not individually,,, however if you setup multiple call handling, then it would effect all agents in that skill
you can also set multiple call ahndling to one-per skill I believe..
