Answer and Busy Key

Is there a key I can assign to get a busy indication as well as a anser a call if the set I am monitoring has MCR keys.

You can add a MSB key to the set.

A BFS key only gies a bust status it does not permit me to answer a call on the monitored station. Looks like the only way I can achieve this is with SCR keys and the lhk option to a second key on the set. the only drawback is now i need 2 dn per set and 2 dn's in the vm.

you would need both a bfs key and a mcr/scr for each line.. if your using scr keys then a scn per line will give you both...

what i provide here is mcr with or without a bfs and a pick key... but 90 percent of my stations have mail.. if you want me to take your calls you better cfw or they will go to mail
