We have agents with DDI logins, is there a way to have an agent set up with 2 logins but one DDI between the logins, we are trying to achieve a ddi number that can be pointed to a specific agent irrespective of the login used.
These agents only make outgoing calls but receive the odd ddi call.
They have dummy skills assigned for CMS reporting and do not take vectored calls.

Any ideas?

Are you collecting stats on the agents?

Maybe I'm missing your point but wouldn't you want everybody to have their own agent ID? Otherwise, I'd think your stats wouldn't tell you much.

The agents do have there own logins but we have been asked to give some agents 2 logins, for the same role, but 1 DDI to they can take there incoming calls irrespective of which login they are using at the time.

If it's only 2, a coverage path should work fine. Agent 1000's coverage path would point to 1001 then audix. Agent 1001's coverage path would point to 1000 then audix. The audix subscriber could be 1000 with a secondary extension of 1001 so they only need to check 1 vmail. As long as they are the only person using the 2 logins, the caller should go right to the logged in agent (since the logged out agent would show unavailable) and they wont experience any delay or have to listen to 3 rings, etc.. -CL
