Can I Toggle a Hide/UnHide my VLookup table rows depending on a DropDownListBox choice of "Hide Table" or "Show Table"
using a =Formula, not VBA?

sam

Nope - formulae cannot perform actions on any part of a worksheet. the only workaround would be to use conditional formatting which turns the cell text white if a particular entry is in a specific cell and black for a different entry. You can't physically hide the rows Rgds
