Another Desktop Messaging question for CP 2.02

We have just installed CP and had a couple of users configured and working on desktop messaging using Outlook. All of a sudden it stopped working. I questioned our vendor and failed to get an appropriate answer. Anyone here have any thoughts on this?

What stopped working? No messages to the desktop? I would first schedule a time to reset the server. I have seen this but a quick reboot resolves the issue.

You might check the error logs to see what might be happening.
