Along with the One-X Outlook pluging bug which corrupts the ability to transfer calls by name selection I experienced another issue.

We upgraded a IPO500v2 from 10.1SP2 to 10.1.SP3.

During the upgrade all certificates both in IP Office and in One-X Portal server were deleted and we had to reinstall them.

This is not mentioned in the upgrade documentation and unexpected behaviour.
As the certificates are installed by the customers IT partner we were unable to use the SIP phones and mobile clients for several hours.

BAD BAD BAD

Thanks for the heads up, I suppose the workaround for future upgrades is to download any uploaded Certs before the upgrade? I wonder if this applies to all upgrades in the 10.1/11.0 releases.
