Hi.
We have been scratching our heads to try and figure out why on all incoming calls the word Anonymous appears on the screen of our phones. I've seen a couple of threads on here mentioning a similar problem but never seems to be a solution.
We do get the CLI of the incoming caller on the second line of the screen but on the top line we get a=Anonymous, and if possible we want to get rid of it.
We are using Gamma SIP lines. On a monitor trace of an incoming call i can see the line....
Contact: Anonymous <sip:xx.xxx.xx.xx:xxxx>
which i am assuming is the cause for Anonymous appearing on the display.
I have spoken to Gamma but they didnt have much to say and confirmed they weren't withholding any CLI on the line.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Jack
