I am having a problem publishing Internet Explorer using anonymous authentication. I have several local policies in place that restrict what can be done while in the browser (basically everything has been turned off). When a named user authenticates all of the policies are applied correctly. When the application is set up to allow anonymous connections the address bar is still visible. I removed the Address bar by adding the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ToolbarsRestrictions
with the dword NoAddressBar.

any ideas on how to publish IE as an application using anonymous authentication and having the address bar removed?

Operating system: Windows 2003
Citrix Version: Metaframe XP FR3

Use the local policy editor that may do the trick. The issue is the anon accounts are not domain accounts. If you setup the policy on the local server rather than a domain policy you should be able to set this to the local users.
