announcements ring busy

hi can you tell me what would cause an announcement to get a busy when you try to play it. Sometimes it's a busy sometimes dead air and sometimes it plays. The card is a tn2501.

Is the announcement marked for queuing?

You can get a busy signal if you've changed the name of the announcement after you've recorded it. But if it works sometimes, i'm not sure. Do you see any issues when you do a Display Events (set the category to ALL) or a Display Errors?
