Announcements not playing on inbound call from ISDN trunk

Have an odd problem -

We have a service desk that utilizes a vector-driven hunt group. On an inbound call, an initial announcement is played, then the customer can keypress for routing.

Today, the initial announcement no longer plays for the inbound calls ONLY on our ISDN trunk. There is no response when dialing directly to the announcement extension.

Inbound calls on tie trunks do not display the fault, announcements play normally.

I've reset the ISDN trunk and the VAL board with no change.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?

Changed to CBC, was unable to pass any DTMF. Changed back to public-network, able to pass "1" but not others.

Made test call to regular voice number, pressed cell keypad, tones are choppy/distorted. Will pursue further with cell/ISDN trunk provider.

Any other options to check would be greatly appreciated!
