Announcement of who is leaving a conference 1

I am working on a meet me conference call flow for a customer who is coming off a Nortel. He tells me his conferencing set up has 10 general meeting ID's, and upon entering each, participant can have their name recorded and announces on their entry, and apparently on exit, to the rest of the meeting participants. I have found how to do the announcement on entrance, got it to work on my lab system, but having a hard time picturing how on exit the VM Pro would know who has left. Anyone done this before, or is the WAV file I found in the enu folder of VM Pro something left over from the old Conference Centre application?

In our counrtry we are civilized and tell everyone we are leaving the conference.
As the software is designed in a civilized country there is no option to do what you ask, no one here can imagine there are such rude persons to leave without a word.

People sometimes get disconnected form a conference by accident (mobile network drop out for example) so I can see why the request would be made

Unfortunately I know of no way the VM Pro can achieve this - i think the best you can achieve is a beep when anyone leaves. I am afraid you are going to have to tell your customer this is not possible.
