Analoge and SIP Trunks Problem

I have IP Office 500V2 R9 with Unified Number contains 12 Analogue and SIP Trunks,
I can do the following:-
1\ make and received calls with SIP trunk
2\ make a calls with analogue trunks
The issue is that When I call analogue trunk or Unified Number from mobile I get the following message " Your call is not According to the way in which you use."

That's not a system message, the IP Office doesn't play voice prompts/messages on barred or failed calls etc. It's coming from the line/provider you're using, you need to ask them :)

 
I've got the same problem with SIP Trunks but overcame it by define all SIP lines in SIP URI tab
