Dear All,

I have 4 analog lines connected to mitel 3300 CXI (the 4 analog lines are in the same trunk group) and its working perfectly, now i have one employee (extension) want to have its own number (analog trunk did) so all incoming calls for that analog trunk number will be routed to this extension (i did that) and all outgoing calls from this extension must use this analog trunk (i could not do that, ) so how can i route all outgoing call from an extension to be done from specific analog trunk? or how can i configure DID for analog trunk?

assign a new (unused) COR to the users phone ie 10
create a trunk group with the new analog trunk as the only member
assign the trunk group to a route with a COR group that allows only that users COR access. ie COR group 10 assign CORs 1-9,11-64
create route list where the first is the new route and the 2nd is the existing route (assuming only ARS routes in place now)
modify the ARS digits dialed to use the new route list instead of the route.
