Analog Trunk Card Voicemail?

Hello all

i have a ip412 with a 4 port analog trunk card

set my main hunt group line id 701

the system will not answer the calls via voicemail?

is there a route / hunt group missing?

When you go to install the admin it comes up with all the options like sysmon and call status. one of them is VMLite.

I don't understand why you are interested in VM Lite if you have VMPro. Don't try and do both! Way back in your first post you stated "set my main hunt group line id 701". With "main hunt group" do you mean the analog trunks or an IP Office Hunt group? If analog trunks, did you set all of the trunks to the same Line ID? Each trunk should have an individual ID. Put them all into an incoming trunk group and give the group an incoming call route. Make sure the route works and all should be good.

It looks like you have Voicemail Pro License, which is good. You do not want Voicemail lite. Voicemail lite is a total joke.
You can do any and everything with v-mail pro.
First thing I would check is make sure your v-mail pro license is Valid.
Then once you do that open up V-mail pro program and create a group called Main and point it to your Auto attendant menu (assuming you have an auto attendant set up). Do you have v-mail pro installed on a computer (V-mail server)?
Do you have your dongle installed on the V-mail pro server?

Looking at your system shortcodes. You have not built your shortcodes to access v-mail auto-attendant or recordings which means you have to go into v-mail and build your voicemail routing from scatch. Right now you are getting the hunt group v-mail box when you call in.
