Is there a way on analog phones not to have to enter the PIN to access VM? We have a large implementation at a assisted living facility and we want the residents not to have to enter a PIN to access VM in their rooms. I have a 10.1 IPO SE.

Shortcode *99
TN "?"EDE#
Action = Voicemail Collect
Line ID = 0

Pincode equals extension number or replace E with a generic VM Code like "?"ED0957854#
If the D does not work then try a Y or a ,(comma)

I'm a little confused. Can you elaborate a little more?

First read the docs on shortcodes and figure it out, that is the best way to understand what you are doing.

It is easy to learn a trick but i is better to learn how the trick actually works.

In Intuity mode if you add a "Get Mail" action with specific set to "Callers Mailbox" to the default collect start point you will not need to enter the mailbox number. If the source number is set correctly no PIN is required either.

Ekster - that may be why it always works for me, I always set a default leave and collect start point on every voicemail pro I configure.
