I'm trying to setup an old MultiTech Fax Finder on my MiVB, but I cannot get the MiVB to pass the digits of the DID to the Fax Finder so all faxes end up in the default routing mailbox.
My Configuration is setup like this:
Created COS 87 - turned on COV/ONS/E&M Voice Mail Port
Four FF users are in this COS.
Each of these four users is a port on an AG4124 Gateway.
Created Hunt Group as a Voicemail Hunt group with no COS.
Created Hunt Group matching last 4 of DID, set Call Rerouting to go to profile that points to Hunt Group Pilot.
I have verified with my butt set that I can dial digits after answering the call and pass them to the FF, but the MiVB will not send the digits after the FF answers.
Any suggestions to look at?
