This is a very small IP Office R9 with 3 analog lines that are converted from fiber, 3 phones, Essential Edition. They do some remote transferring to cell phones. The call comes in on line 2, they do a remote forward which grabs line 3. After such a transfer, line 2 does not disconnect and line 3 is still tied up with line 2. They will stay connected for hours until I disconnect them via System Status. For regular calls, the disconnect doesn't happen for over a minute. I have asked the dial tone provider to look into that...oh, 3 times now...

Attached are Monitor traces of a call that tied up yesterday. Incoming phone number is 123-456-7890. I'm wondering if the log tells me anything and/or if anyone knows if there is something in the IPO that I can adjust that might help with this issue.

reach out to line provider as they need to enable disconnect supervision

Provider needs to set up disconnect clear/reliable disconnect, if they can't you're stuck.

We never sell systems on analogue lines if this is a requirement, we change the trunk type :-)

Thanks for the answer I knew was coming...I just contacted them for the 4th time and told the customer to stop doing remote transfers until they fix it. Thank you both.
