Analog Line Inventory

I know how to get a count of how many analog lines I have on my 61C switch, but is there a way to do a printout that shows only the DN, Display Name, DES and TN of each? I don't want/need all the associated programming in the printout. I just need the basics for a line inventory.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks, RickyPone. But that report will list all my extensions in numerical order. I need a report showing ONLY the analog lines.
