An excellent FRX-Word/HTML - where is full version?

Hi All
Not sure if I found this info on Tek-Tips but I've recently downloaded the demo version of Arp1demo found at

The APP is very good but obviously restricted

The email address for the author no longer exists, so does anyone know how to get hold of him or where can I get the full version from?

I not found something about full version of ARP, but found

there is example ( with source code ) of FRX2DOC class, which can print VFP report to WORD, but this site is in GERMAN and I
dont't speek GERMAN, that I dont't understand all.
