PLease help, I receive this error when installing peachtree on windows XP pro. We've tried diff OS's and HD's and removed memory and reset the BOIS. Please help

if I take the peachtree 2002 CD, I can install it on any other pc out there. I even did a clean install of the XP pro OS and it still gives this error.
