When I try to create a heading in a report the & symbol does not print.
Anyone have any clue why not?

Use two ampersands (&&) to make them appear on a report....

The & character is used to underline another character in labels, button captions, etc.
E&xit would = "Exit" with an underline under the "x", denoting this as a hotkey combo (use alt + X to exit).
