Ammend Dial plan on Lynksys SPA 942 on sip

Hello

I am using a Lynksys SPA942 on a Sip provider... I have the current Dial plan of

([1-8]xxxS3|011x.S3|<112:9112>S3|<+:+>[1-8]xxxx.|<900:+>x.S3|<90:+44>x.S3|<9:+44161>x.S3)

is there anyway I can amend this to auto Dial a 9 when the handset is lifted?
