I just recently purchesed a Gateway labtop with the Amd Mobile Athlon 64 running xp home sp2. My friends use this utility called AMD PowerNow Technology, and it allows me to make everything run full potential when I am running on the battery. However, the tab will not show up. I even made sure it ran under 2k compatibility mode. Any ideas?

I have that file and did the home/office power setting to run at full speed. I obtained Cpuz to determine the actuall speed. Still, when the labtop gets unplugged the core frequency drops back down. Is their any other programs out there that could solve this problem. One I tried was speedstep. Only thing is that after 1.6 GHz OS crashes.
