Anyone familiar with this and used it on a BCM? Interested to hear how it works and if it's difficult to install/maintain.

never heard of it. If it hasn't been through the partner developer program (devconnect for avaya), it won't have been tested against BCM, so you'll have no support from Avaya if you need it.

This has been tested and certified by Avaya for the BCM450. AMC is a certified partner devekoper. I'm trying to find someone who has implemented it to see how it went, what issues they encountered, etc.
