Ambiguous Email Ids

Hello,

I am using SQL Server for sending mails. For doing this I am using Microsoft Exchange. Here I am facing a problem, if there are multiple Email Ids for a person then it gives an error which reads as 'A recipient was specified ambiguously'.
Is there a solution to overcome this ? Can SQL Mail be configured to send mails to all the Email Address for that person ?

What are you using as their e-mail????
if they have two then they have to be different
try specifying the "Alias" and not the "Name"

in Exchange open the user and click Recipient
then the General Tab
you will see alias listed on the right.
