No, even though most voip phones use the same or simular format for sending and receiving audio, they use proprietary formats for addressing the phones themselves. Such as how the buttons function. The only non-Altigen voip phones that will work are SIP phones because they only send/recieve audio, which is the VOIP equivalent to standard analog phones on POTS lines. While I don't know specifically which ones, so far Altigen has only given certification to a couple SIP phone makes and models.
