Alternative to symposium ?? anyone

we have a opt 81 with symposium. mgmt wants to know can we pull symosium and use some other similar application. Does anyone know of another competing product that can accomplish the reporting, routing features for both inbound and outbound meridian phones

nope, any 3rd product you use will require the Symposium for the simple fact of needing the MLSM feature in order for the 3rd party product to work.
