I wish to point all my 07 (mobile phone) traffic to a new separate trunk so i can attach a GSM gateway. Is an LCR code the best way of doing this?

I would use digit translation myself
In the RL table (LSSP SPRDT), translate Acc Code+07 to New Trunk Main Group Access Code+07 and Bobs your uncle
