Alternative Jpeg to flash insert if ActiveX not allowed

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Is there a way of displaying a single jpeg instead of a Flash insert if a browser doesn't allow activex controls to run?

Try the Flash dispatcher download from the Exchange.
