Not really a question relevant to any of my current projects, but is it possible to alternate the background colour in datasheet view.

Taking this forum as an example, the background colour for threads/replies alternates between light blue and white.

I think it would be nice if I could do this in a datasheet view, as in my optinion it looks a lot better and is eaiser on the eye.

Billpower - that was great, do you know if it is possibleto do this in datasheet view?

I know differant users like to view differant fields, and rather than be continuously scrolling they just resize the ones they dont like in datasheet view. I have also found through experiance that users dont like Show/Hide buttons for form controls.

Hi Fubear,

not in Access '97 but yes in 2000+ just change your sub form to Datasheet view.
