Alpha Tagging?

Hi all

Does anybody know if the Definity can display ANI name/number information? On our current system we can assign names to our customers' numbers so the receptionist recognises the caller immediately. I believe this is called alpha tagging??

If u give the ani coming in an extension of a station or hunt group with the customers name, then the attdt will see the name when he/she sees the call
