At the end of day server checkouts and clockouts print when those functions are not performed. Is there anyway to stop this in versions 5.2 and above?

Couple of suggestions:
1. Use a custom checkout configuration that has basically nothing on it. This will reduce wasted paper. Make sure to select "Print Only Custom Checkout" in store settings > printing Employee Checkout cfg. There should be a feature profile on custom checkouts somewhere on the doc cd.
2. Probably a better idea: Create a dummy printer and set an event to run 5 min before EOD runs to reroute all terminal receipt printers to the dummy printer. They will still "print" but to nowhere.
